Unfortunately this trip didn’t go as planned. The RV was returned excessively soiled. There was an accident and accidents do happen but we didn’t find out about a urine soaked mattress until we were removing bedding that night and that’s not the best way to find out. The unit smelled like smoke and urine. After 4 hours of intense cleaning the unit still smells like smoke. The master door was broken and the toilet paper holder was broken.. renter stated they would take responsibility after but only the door was mentioned and it was stated it came off but the track was clearly bent as if someone hung on it. Accidents do happen though but this rental required more work than all our others combined. They were prompt when returning it though.
