Great RV! It was a pleasure to deal with Annette and Mark! I utilized the Drop off & Pick up service and Mark was a great help! Highly recommend this RV. The layout which is kind of tough to tell from the pictures is great for our use. Having the private bedroom at the other end of the RV from the main entrance was a great idea for this unit!

Once again we had an amazing experience renting from Anette and Mark lovely people who are amazing to deal with! The trailer is perfect! Our family had a wonderful holiday!

We had a wonderful experience with this RV. It is very spacious and very clean upon our arrival. The owner responded quickly to our questions and the kids loved the sleeping/tv area nook they had to themselves. Would highly recommend.

This trailer was perfect for our family vacation. I will be renting it again; no question. The Owners took the time to show us how everything worked and were very responsive to all of our questions; fantastic to deal with. The outdoor kitchen is amazing!

The owners were awesome. Very good experience. This was my first time renting a RV trailer and they made sure I understood everything well and answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend renting from them.

We had a great time this past weekend, the trailer was as advertised, and was sparkling clean when it was dropped off. Communication with the owners was seamless, would definitely rent again.

I only have good things to say. The trailer was great, clean & perfect size. Delivery was a little late but they also did accommodate our request for later in the day delivery and pick up was right on time which was great! Annette did a very thorough explanation of the trailer & showed how all things worked which I loved & never had before with previous rentals. I had a question during the stay and was responded to very quickly. If I had to make any suggestions it would be for dishes, to have a proper set of plates/bowls/cups etc, otherwise no complaints at all!

Anette & Mark were great! Very responsive and everything went perfectly. I would highly recommend them as they helped make the experience. The trailer was all we had expected. Great space, features and very clean. Definitely we would rent again!

The RV was big enough for our family of 7 and was very clean when we arrived. We had a couple of issues with timing. Dropoff was originally planned for the morning but delivery didnt actually happen until after 5 pm. Pickup was an hour earlier than expected so it took us by surprise but thankfully we were just about ready anyway. The owners were pleasant throughout the wjolenorocess regardless. We think a couple more options would be helpful for future renters. It sleeps 11 do there should be plates and cutlery for that number. We didnt even have enough for the 7 of us. A broom or at least a small brush and dustpan would help us keep it tidier. Resolving the sensor issue with the septic would help prevent others from having anxiety over it like I did as it basically looked full the whole time. Otherwise pleasant experience, would rent again. Thank you!

We had a great experience! The RV was clean, comfortable and had plenty of room for our whole family. My young boys loved the bunk room. Thanks for everything!

Not a great experience. Trailer was fantastic but owners were hard to communicate with and very hard to get answers and coordinate timing with.

Had to cancel last minute due to family emergency

A wonderful clean trailer to rent and make our vacation enjoyable. The owners Mark and Anette were great and pleasant to deal with. Everything went off without a hitch!

Very good family RV. Two bedrooms makes it easy for different sleeping schedules. Lots of room in the fridge and storage galore.

We were able to arrange with them to bring our bike and few other items for them to take , which was quite nice of them. While there they opened up the trailer so we could have a peak at what we would be staying in for the week, and this was greatly appreciated. This allowed us to see how minimal the kitchen supplies were and come prepared. Missing basics include: dishes for more than 3, kettle, scissors, jug, flat frying pan and large pot. What was cause for concern was when they mentioned that night that they would be unable to bring the trailer to the campsite until after 5pm. We had requested it be delivered/picked up at 2pm and it didn't arrive until almost 6:30pm and they arrived to pickup at 10:30am. We were informed after we were on route that delivery had to be paid in cash upon delivery. Our recommendation is that they would inform upfront on the site that they are unable to deliver/pickup the trailer at a specific time. Having a simple instruction booklet would have been very helpful. Though, they did do a quick walk through, it was easy to forget everything as we did have issues with the fridge inside not wanting to work on auto and only working on propane. However, I will say when this was brought to their attention no further charges were added onto the bill. Outdoor items that would have been helpful were chairs and a rug to keep down the dirt tracking in.

Experience with this trailer and owners was sub-par. We could not get a hold of the owners the day before leaving (we had questions about amenities provided), I had to track down a number the morning of departure of which I called 3 times with no answer. They finally got back to us just as we were leaving town confirming they would meet us at the site. They did not show up until an hour after we had arrived (not a huge deal as we had things to do to keep us busy). Their attitude was stiff and pleasant in a forced way. They made it clear they had better things to be doing. Onto the trailer. We had agreed on the Rockwood 2702 Ultra Lite. They showed up with the Windjammer....Since there were cancellations they decided to change up the agreement without notifying us before hand. We would have preferred the Lite. The Windjammer is nice, floors easy to clean, lots of sitting space, lots of storage, lots of room to move around. Zero counter space. The sink is the counter space. It looks like there was an attachment for a leaf you could pull up to extend the counter but for whatever reason had been removed. The bed was extremely uncomfortable though I'm aware that's partly due to personal preference and the fact that one can't expect the best when renting. The trailer was very shaky, we don't know if that's just the way it is or if the jacks weren't lifted high enough to stabilize. The main door was inconvenient, opening it required you to open the outer door first then the screen door again simply because they would not open together and after a week that gets annoying. The outdoor fridge was handy. Outdoor BBQ not great, heat definitely does not distribute evenly. The bunks were ok, but another reason we wanted the Lite was because the bunks there were closed off. The Windjammer bunks were not and definitely not meant for a 2 year old though our 8 year old loved it. In conclusion we would not rent from Annette and Mark again.
