We had a great trip thanks!

I will start with the positives.. Trevor upon delivering the RV and setting it up was very nice. He showed me how some stuff in the RV worked and let us use a big mat for outside, which was very helpful! The weather while we were camping was less than ideal, there were a couple of nights where it down poured heavily and we remained nice and dry inside the RV, so there definitely aren't any leaks inside. Now for the negatives... And these aren't all of them. -Trevor was not dependable to get ahold of. We messaged several times and called and IF we got a response, it was at least 12 hrs later. So we didn't feel confident that we could depend on him if there was an emergency - The table is extremely unstable and was propped up by a loose 4x4 we didn’t know was there and fell over all the time, thereby creating a very unsafe situation where something like hot coffee could easily slide off and burn an unsuspecting child. It should have been clearly disclosed. -The water lines weren’t maintained and as a result there was air in the lines so the water pipes banged and sputtered constantly while splashing the hot water (another safety issue) -The RV was NOT clean. Hair in the bathtub (not ours), the floors felt grimmy, cups in the cupboard had nasty stuff dried in/on them, and when you lifted some of the cups, you'd find out they were sitting in some nasty goo. -Before we left for the trip & we were packing, I asked Trevor if there was a kettle because if not we would pack one. He said yes. We get there and there's no kettle. I message him about it, a day later he says his wife took it out to clean and he could run in over to us.. I say yes please... He never brought it. So we've got 7 adults making boiling water in a shady pot that looks like it was washed up ashore.. And this is the only "pot" that they had in the RV. -I’ll also mention - as a side note -that people should plan to bring everything. Plates, cups, pots, pans, etc. don’t assume anything is included other than the trailer itself. Those are the main pain points for us... In a nutshell, honestly, it feels like this is a trailer owned by a family that will just let it get run into the ground but might as well make some money off it in the meantime.
