RVezy is a great mechanism for providing people an opportunity to enjoy the outdoors. The site allows good navigation and communication. As a rentee ask lots of questions!!! and take due diligence to ensure responsibility on your part. Brandie was great at initially responding to questions prior to rental. Upon pick up only a few key things were identified as previously damaged or not working. It was unknown at time of rental the outdoor fridge would not run off propane (due to flooding we had to change plans and relocate to a non-power site), the outdoor kitchen hydrolic shock opener was jimmied with a bungee cord and a side lock was missing. The rentor pointed out some damage to the flooring previous but said otherwise everything was great. A general walkabout was done at time of transfer however without opening the slide there were some hidden gems found later. When the trailer was picked up and opened fully, I discovered that there was more damage than noted as well as cleaning did not seem complete. An hour was spent recleaning prior to packing up. When borrowing a trailer particularly during COVID do not say the bathroom is clean when there are particles and pubs behind and under the lid. It's one thing to clean your own piss droplets but to clean someone else's is disgusting. There was a loose razor, floss and sanitary pads floating around in the cupboard and the Winter Wonderland soap dispenser was black - would you use it? Also the refrigerator had a some mold droplets and it looked like a surface wipe was done but the underside had spillage looking like soy sauce. There was a damaged cupboard and loose socks and other items in it. At this time it was decided to not use any items provided and the rentor was informed of the conditions found. There was very little apologetic response. Upon setting up camp the water pump was not working - even after troubleshooting from very experienced trailer owners. Brandie handed off to Ken who was very helpful in attempting to help us get it operating. Ken ended up driving out to replace the water pump which was so appreciated and we were able to run water after a day in. Everything else otherwise worked okay. It was not what we expected for the amount of daily rental and thought the cleaning fee would be waived. We will certainly be more aware before renting again.

We contacted Ken on very short notice but they were able to come through for us, in the middle of winter no less. Trailer was great, heat worked fantastic, beds were comfy and everything worked as it should. If we need a trailer again in the summer I’ll be sure to contact them again!

Ken and Brandie were exceptional to deal with, and were very thorough explaining the amenities. Brandie was very quick in responding to messages and made the process really easy. The RV is beautiful and well maintained, and will truly make your camping experience top notch. I pulled it with a 1/2 ton in windy conditions and didn’t have a problem. Thanks again!!

Such a great trailer! We loved our weekend away with it. Ken and Brandi are such lovely people and were so helpful especially since this was our first time pulling a trailer.

The owners were great to deal with and answered all our questions. Pulled with a half ton with no issues and overall it was a great experience.
