About Richard

This was probably the best trailer we have rented to date. Richard has them impeccably clean and well equipped with all you need to stay and sleep very comfortably. His descriptions and photos are 100% accurate so if you see what you are looking for, then you will also be very pleased with your choice.

The trailer was amazing and tricked out with everything we needed. Richard was easy to get ahold of and answered all of our questions. We will book this trailer with Richard again.

Richard was patient with our numerous inquiries and met us when we arrived to show us how everything worked. It was our first experience in an RV. Thanks for everything, Richard.

This was our family's first RV experience and Richard made it easy for us. The camper was waiting for us at our site, and he was available and responsive when we had a problem. Everything was just as described and the beds were very comfortable.

Richard is so wonderful! Great communication and friendly, accurate description. We had a wonderful trip and would definitely stay again.

The trailer was clean & well stocked. Bedding on each of the beds with lots of extra towels & bedding. Dishes, lawn chairs, an out door table. Everything we needed for the weekend.

We had an amazing experience renting Richard’s trailer in Golden. The trailer was delivered and set up for us, which made everything so easy. Everything was exactly as shown in the photos, and it was perfectly clean and comfortable. Communication with Richard was excellent from start to finish. Thanks to the spotless trailer, the entry mat, and the mosquito tent, we were able to fully enjoy our stay without any issues. We are super satisfied and would not hesitate to recommend Richard’s trailer to anyone!

Richard was the best to deal with. One of his employees delivered and set up the trailer and was very hospitable. It had everything we needed and was very clean. Beds were comfy as well. All around had a fantastic time and wouldn’t hesitate to rent with Richard in the future.

Our rental was exactly how Richard advertised it would be. Lots of communication helped to make our camping trip worry free!

Great host and lovely RV. Will use again.

We had a great time in Banff at Johnston Canyon campground staying in Richards bunkhouse trailer. Richard showed up and got us all set up. We were in a very tight site for this trailer but Richard got set up no problem. Good instructions in all systems Plenty of room with the slide. Bunk beds were very large. We had two boys in them and could have fit 2 more if need be, not to mention I think the kitchen table turns into a good sized bed. Fridge ran on propane which made it easy to keep running and very reasonable to charge the battery with the generator during generator hours. We even took short showers with hot water and had enough battery to last to the next mornings generator hours. Outdoor kitchen was a great place for a couple of meals. The trailer has pots, pans, skillets, a French press coffee maker, and much more. Propane stove inside was also useful. Trailer was very clean and well maintained. If we find ourselves back in the Canadian Rockies with will definitely reach back out to Richard.

Thanks Richard for a wonderful first time experience for us in an RV. It was exactly how it was shared on the listing and Richard was very prompt on delivery, communication, responding to all my questions. Richard also went above and beyond when we had shortage of water, came all the way to our site to refill it even when I mentioned we are fine to leave as we were checking out the following day. That's utmost customer experience and I can assure he would continue to be that person.

Richard was a great host! Not only did he deliver and fully set up the RV for our arrival, but he also set up a fly tent with chairs and mats for us to get out of the bugs. Will definitely be renting from him again!

I have rented RV’s before but the level of commitment and communication displayed by Richard was very assuring. Had a great week with the unit

I couldn't be happier with my experience. From start to finish, everything was seamless. The booking process was straightforward, and the customer service was incredibly helpful in answering all my questions. The RV itself was in immaculate condition—clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. It truly felt like a home away from home. Returning the RV was just as easy, with clear instructions and a hassle-free process. I highly recommend this host to anyone looking for a reliable and enjoyable RV rental experience. Five stars all the way!

No issues with pick up and drop off. RV was clean, well maintained, and stocked with anything we needed. We will use Richard again for future RV bookings.

Richard provided great service and the trailer was perfect for us. It was spacious, well stocked with everything we needed and clean! Would absolutely rent through him again next time we are in Golden!

Excellent trailer - very clean when we received it - it was spacious for a family of 4 (two older teenagers). Great communication and coordination for drop off and pick up

Richard was great to work with and made sure we knew everything about the trailer. Met us there as soon as we arrived. Everything worked great and our family had a great time.

Richard was very quick to respond and easy to deal with. The trailer was delivered promptly and all the extras that were included were available and he showed us how they worked. Spacious trailer but definitely made for a maximum of 4 people. We weren’t aware until we got there that the awning couldn’t be pulled out all the way, and that the window handles on the biggest windows of the trailer were removed because previous people kept breaking them, so we couldn’t open those windows at all. Awing was very dirty underneath, some of the cupboards also weren’t cleaned out and small plates were still dirty when we got the trailer. Overall we had a great time with the trailer but some of these things that were missed and some not mentioned in the ad would have been nice to know before arrival.
