On the renter's request I gave the trailer at 9am as opposed to my normal pick up time of 5pm. I was made to rush through the orientation because they were in a hurry to meet up with their friends so everything was neither explained properly nor went through all the options and accessories. Also agreed to a late drop off time of 5:30pm as opposed to my normal time of 3pm. Their SUV ran out of gas not far from my house. So I went with my gas can with the renter to the gas station and helped them to fill up gas. The trailer was returned back with the black tank 2/3 full and the sewage pipe damaged. However I did not charge for any of the damages or black tank not being emptied. Just put it all down to experience since this was my first rental through RVezy.
