There was an issue with the pump, however, Karson did what he could to make it right. He had everything I needed and even got all the adapters I would need for my specific vehicle, including a hitch to pull the camper on. The gated bunks worked great with our 9 month old and we used a black out curtain to mask the light at the gates. The trailer already had black window covers that help at nap time. Towing with a 1500 was a breeze. Did it get to use the solar connection, but cool idea if you are off the grid. Karson was quick to respond and showed us all the ropes. Thanks.
