About Joanne

Joanne and Ryan rented from me for a 16 night adventure to Eastern Canada. They were very prompt in their payment after booking, allowing me to confirm my schedule rather than wait and wait, which was nice. I conversed mostly with Joanne leading up to the rental and she was courteous and asked questions when they arose. Pick up was very smooth, with Joanne and Ryan evening taking their car away to return to their house to finalize their packing. Ryan was the primary driver and the test drive went flawlessly (I was very confident that my Class C motorhome was in good hands on the road). During their trip both Joanne and Ryan texted me if they had any questions. The texts were infrequent, but certainly showed that they were caring for the motorhome and its' proper operation and maintenance. The return went better than expected. The motorhome was spotless inside (which was very much appreciated as I had a quick turn around to the next rental). The gas was filled, propane was filled, and black and grey tanks emptied as agreed. It took a lot of work to get all the bugs off the front of the motorhome, but I can't expect the Renter's to take care of that so it was expected. Overall the rental experience was a very positive one. It was clear to me from my interactions with Joanne and Ryan that they were indeed looking after my motorhome. I would not hesitate to rent to them again in the future.
