Tim was punctual, clear and easy to communicate with, and incredibly understanding and adaptable when their original campground reservation was unexpectedly affected by a natural disaster and they had to make new arrangements at a different location. He handled the unexpected change with flexibility and great communication, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. The RV was treated with care and respect and returned in excellent condition. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better rental experience and would happily rent to Tim and his family again.
