About Alicia

Alicia was great. We were happy we could help them salvage their weekend after their original rental didn’t pan out. They left the trailer clean, just as it was delivered.

Renter was very nice when communicating and during departure inspection. Upon setting up of the camper, customer decided that the mildew stains ( the mildew was treated but the stubborn stains remained) was not acceptable and returned the trailer. We met part way so the customer or I wouldn’t have to travel the full distance and I gave a small gift as a token of goodwill. The majority of my payout was given back to the renter as well. This was an unfortunate turn of events and both the renter and I had very different opinions of what was acceptable condition of the trailer. I hope they enjoyed their trip, despite this.
