About John

We are a family of 5 and this was our first experience renting an RV. We opted for having the trailer set up and pick up by the owner of the RV. I wasn't sure what to expect but the whole experience was wonderful. When we arrived to the trailer later in the day, everything was set up perfectly. A/C was on and water hooked up. All we had to do was move in. Same thing for leaving. Packed up our stuff and John looked after everything else. Had a few questions for John during our stay and he was very responsive. Highly recommend S'more the Merrier. We had a great stay.

First time RV renters! We had a lot of questions throughout our booking and trip and John was quick to respond and knowledgeable. He was accommodating with the pickup and return time which helped us out a lot because our times kept changing. The rv itself is very roomy and was perfect for our needs! John helped us set the RV up at the beginning of the trip and gave us a second location to drop it off so we didn’t have to try to back it up into the driveway.

It is a very nice unit. Everything worked as expected, it was a great weekend.
