Kelly was very friendly and a pleasure to deal with. She made it very easy to communicate so that we could set her rental trailer beside their friends trailer. Upon picking up the trailer it was found very clean and obviously well taken care of. Thank you so much Kelly. My experience with Kelly is an A +++
