We have just spent the weekend with Troy and Julie's Retreat at the Pinery. It was fantastic! Leading into the weekend, Julie was super responsive and able to address all of my questions, and she had a lot of really helpful tips that made our weekend really awesome. Upon arrival, Troy had done an amazing job setting everything up for us and he walked us through what we needed to know about the trailer in a friendly and efficient manner. From there on, everything was just great - absolutely everything in the trailer worked perfectly and it was very well stocked. The whole trailer was immaculate. The mattress in the master was crazy comfortable. The information online is accurate. We will definitely rent this trailer again. We had another great experience with Troy and Julie! Upon arrival, they had everything set up for us (including delicious homemade wine) that we needed for our stay. They ran through everything thoroughly and were easy to get a hold of for any questions we had. Julie even ran an extra generator out to us at night in case we had issues with power for the site. All in all it was a great experience and we definitely will be renting for them again. Thanks Troy and Julie!

I packed way too much, as there was everything there that you needed. Such a luxury to have everything set up prior and all you have to do is walk in and enjoy. Troy and Julie went out of their way to make this an amazing experience. We could not believe how clean and well stocked the trailer was! When we came back to the trailer all the extras like the outdoor mat, and table and chairs were an additional bonus. Such a stress free experience to have it delivered and picked up. Troy and Julie made it so easy for two moms and 3 kids to experience the beauty of the Pinery Provincial Park for 5 days and 4 nights. They set the trailer up and had it ready for us to arrive and literally dive into lake Huron on the hottest day of the week. If you want to have a perfect vacation with your family this is the trailer for you! We hope to do this again next summer and fingers crossed we can once again use the lovely trailer that Troy and Julie let us borrow. Cheers to Grand Bend and CHEERS to Troy and Julie

This was our first rental through RVEZY. Julie and Troy’s trailer was as advertised. The whole process was incredibly easy. Julie was at the campsite when we arrived trailer, table were set up. She even had 4 camping chairs arranged around the camp fire. We brought too much with us as the trailer was complete with everything you require. Julie was accessible and accommodating. We are already making plans to visit again next year and will be in touch with Julie about the use of her trailer. Great experience.

Julie and Troy were terrific. A great first experience for us. They took care of of all the logistics which allowed us to just sit back and enjoy our stay.
