The RV is smaller than I expected. It said for 7 people but I think 2 adults with 2 small kids feels tight already. The picture is very deceiving; I didn’t realize that the master bed is fold back to make room for seating area; making this very inconvenient, you can’t sleep in if you wanted to. There was problem with the RV like the blind didn’t shut properly, the scratch on the floor, and the mechanism of the sofa bed; the host charge me $250 for those. My first mistake was not taking pictures of everything , but how can you take pictures of the problem when it looks fine on the surface. My 2nd mistake was not be there in person to receive and send off because they drop off early and pick up late so my friend was there to deal with them. The host was horrible with communication. She was so quick replying at the beginning but at the end when there was a problem, I contacted her to settle the problem and she disappeared and didn’t reply to my text at all. She didn’t explain to me that there are 2 different waste tanks ; one for shower and and kitchen sink and one for the toilet alone. The shower/kitchen sink you need to empty to the ground by yourself when it is full. However the toilet tank needed to be emptied by third party which where the extra $100 charge for emptying. I paid for that service but the host didn’t provide us the tank cause us to run to the cottage for number one at night even though we weren’t intended to do number two. This was such an horrible experience for my first time renting it.
