Michel G.Aug 2019My first RV rental for 10 days in the parks of Banff and Jasper. Elena and Sam were good host and conveniently picked us up at the airport. The RV was clean and had the necessary camping items we needed for our trip. It was plenty big for our family of 4. Of note, the RV did not have a generator. If planning an extended backcountry trip, be sure to have electricity access every 2-3 days to recharge batteries. I would rent this RV again.

We travelled up through the Okanogan Valley and just loved the area. The owners, Sam and Elena were very accomodating, helpful and pleasant to work with.

Stuart S.Jul 2018Our Booking of Elena’s RV started on June 20, 2018 with a satisfactory tour of the vehicle by Sam. We headed for the mountains, only to find, after stopping at a friends ranch, that the RV would not start. We successfully jumped the battery with supplied jumper cables. However, when we later flushed an EMPTY toilet in preparation for use, lo and behold, someone else’s solid sewage came shooting up at us OUT OF THE TOILET. After purchasing a plunger and using a milk carton to flush the system in an RV camp in a classy resort town, the water level finally receded in the toilet enough to allow us to drive back to return the RV. Unfortunately, it would not start - we had to use the jumper cables twice during our trip.
Jared D.Jun 2018Unit was in decent shape and drove fine. However, it needs some repairs, as the awning that is pictured is gone, interiour lights are burnt out and vent fan was broken. Further, there are no real pots or dishes to speak of (missing lids, etc) and the RV (granted on a quick turn around) was not cleaned prior to our use - dirty toilet and shower and a full septic system were not a great first impression. Fine for the price I suppose and the owners were very friendly - Perhaps we caught them on a quick turn around and were unable to do the usual repairs/ensuring empty septic.

Kitchen is perfect for home cooked meals. Price-quality is good. Communication with the owners was perfect, fast en correct. Happy that we rented this RV, we loved our vacation! Thank you!
