Mike was very pleasant to speak with and was very accommodating. He was late by 1/2 hour or so for pickup but texted to let us know. We failed to turn the valves on the hot water tank to on and he gave helpful feedback by pointing it out to us. The trailer served its purpose for what Mike needed and it was a good first experience for us.
