Sara G.Sep 2023Delivered by hostWe rented the RV for 4 nights and we had it delivered to Banff Tunnel Mountain camping by Jeffrey. He installed everything and explained everything we needed to know. The RV was a good size and had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable. We cooked our breakfasts and some dinners in the RV and it worked very well. I would rent it again without hesitation if I would come back to visit the area. - 5.0

Kaitlynn G.Aug 2021An awesome experience! Jeffrey was so wonderful to rent from and we already plan to rent from him again! He was willing to work around our schedule and did a fantastic job showing us the features and ins and outs of the camper which allowed for our camping holiday to run smoothly. Everything we needed was available in the camper and Jeffrey was even available for calls if anything were to go wrong (but didn't!). - 5.0CSChomistek S.Aug 2021Jeff was nothing short of amazing. Really friendly and helpful to a trailer newbie such as myself, and made the experience even better! Jeff gave a great walkthrough covering the important items. The trailer is really thoughtfully stocked with the necessities and the sweet Coleman camping chairs are the icing on the cake. Couldn't ask for a better experience - highly, highly recommended!!!

Lorraine D.Sep 2020We were extremely happy with our first experience renting an RV. Jeff was exceptionally polite and very easy to deal with. I had many questions along the way prior to our rental date and he was very quick to respond and more than accommodating. The trailer we rented was clean and equipped with all the necessary implements. We had a glitch with the wind and awning which we were distraught over, however Jeff was more than fair with regard to our reimbursement for the repair. We highly recommend renting the Cozy Express! - 5.0
