About Randy

Randy was a great host. He was very attentive and easy to communicate with.

Randy was so helpful and patient as it was our first time renting an RV. Nice man with a very comfortable trailer.

We recently rented this RV for a family trip, and while we had a good time overall, there were a few issues that should be noted. First, when Randy dropped off the RV, we found that the fridge had mold inside, which we had to clean ourselves before use. Additionally, the toilet had visible stains and many of the flat surfaces were dirty. This was disappointing, as we expected the RV to be clean and ready to use upon arrival. On the positive side, Randy was friendly, polite, and prompt with both delivery and pickup. His professionalism was appreciated and made the experience smoother. Overall, we enjoyed our trip.

Randy was awesome to deal with, very flexible for our pick up and drop off times. Answered all questions even in the middle of our trip. Just ensure everything works in trailer prior to departing.

Randy is great with communication and delivered the RV on time which was appreciated. The one thing that derailed our experience was that the holding tank was full. So the washroom tub and sink backfilled with dirty water. As first time users of RV, we didn't know if we did something wrong or what happened, until later when Randy picked up his RV and let us know what happened. And b/c of that we were worried throughout our camping trip. But at the same time the holding tank should have been emptied before the next user? Overall Randy had good intentions, if only that didn't happened it would have been a great experience.
