Mitch was super friendly,he went over all the workings of the trailer, some great tips on unhooking and hooking up, RVezy polices. Everything worked as stated. The slide is awesome to free up space. We had a great family outing and no copmplaints. Thanks again Mitch and family, we will be calling you first should the need rise again. :) :) :) :) :).

All the amenities worked ( i am sure next time there will be a DVD player and a remote for the TV). Mitch was super easy to get along with and answered all my questions. I will happily rent from him again if that unit is available.
