We had an easy experience from the start with this rental. The hosts were friendly and easy to deal with. The tent trailer was delivered on time and we were given full instruction on how to use everything. The trailer was clean, and much more spacious than we anticipated. It was stocked with complimentart water bottles, which was a thoughtful touch. You can never have enough water when camping! The trailer was picked up promptly, even when we advised we would be ready to check out sooner than originally planned. We had a great time and will definitely be using the West Coast Nest again!
