About Brad

Clean, comfortable and cozy! The layout of this unit is great! The unit was very clean and well appointed. The master bed was very comfortable! We knew that the pullout bed was going to need a camping mattress or some foam to sleep on. With that added, the kids slept soundly and they were happy. Great stay and we really enjoyed our trip!

Brad was great , unit was good

Brad was exceptionally helpful explaining the trailer and everything thoroughly as it was our first time in a holiday trailer. He was early and set everything up. Would definitely rent again. The bed was very comfortable and trailer was spotless.

Brad was great and helpful, he was fast to answer any questions I had! The trailer was exactly what I needed, clean and well taken care of! Highly recommend!

Not owning a trail or a truck. Was the best option for my stay away from home.

Brad was pleasant to deal with and on time for setup. The RV was clean, but showing its age. The pullout bed is not suitable to sleep on without an added mattress. The queen bed is comfortable. We also ran out of water before three short showers and little use for anything else. Not sure if the trailer was not full or has a leak, but having owned smaller trailers in the past, I feel we should not have run out of water based on our usage. A few other minor operational issues, but easily resolved.

unit is old, but nice

The RV owner (Brad) was very nice and made sure I knew the basics of the unit. He was also accommodating on the delivery and pick-up of the RV. I did have problems with power. The battery ran dry on the first day. Had to use a generator for power after that. Battery only partially recharged when generator ran for several hours. Air conditioner only ran under generator power. Fridge did not get cold and freezer was not freezing.

We did not have the best experience with renting this trailer. Started off by it being dropped off late around 8pm, check in was 4pm, was expecting it a bit earlier. They had also called us saying they got lost and we had to direct them to the site. Then when they dropped it off they were cleaning it as they set it up. I wouldn't say it was super dirty but to me they should clean it before they bring it. Smelt pretty musty in there. Then the AC wasn't working so they had to go find a fuse and came back close to 10pm to fix that. Later that evening we no longer had power (we were at a site with power and we were plugged in). My son in law is an electrician and spent 2 hours the following morning fixing the issue. And lastly checkout was at 2pm and the trailer was not picked up until close to 5:30pm. We had already left so hopefully we don't get charged any late checkout fees. Overall it is a nice trailer if they were more organized and had it maintained better.
