We booked the RV for 13 days for our trip to Montana, it worked for our trip but overall multiple things were overlooked when we had the RV dropped off: we dealt with a broken sink faucet that you had to hold while you did dishes, a broken table that was propped up with a geriatric cane that if you leaned (or colored on it it would fall, and you could not collapse it properly to make the 3rd sleeping space) and the fridge door was faulty and opened several times during route. My husband and I had planned on not bringing any of this up with the owner until we began to feel pressured to return the RV as the owner informed us she had a reservation booked for 6/30, while we had it booked through the 30th. I began to feel uncertain about things due to the fact that the RV would potentially be rented out the same day we would be returning it from an extensive trip; is this possibly why we dealt with the issues we had because detailed checks are avoided and not completed. Lastly, we did end up dropping the RV off late on the 30th and owner but then we were accused of damaging the extra water tank in the back, the owner sent pictures and it was clear this was damaged previously as indicated in a picture along with rust that she claimed was red clay. It was offensive that we were blamed for something we did not do and unfortunately this really soured everything about the rental. We would never rent from Monica again and its unfortunate because we have had two families reach out to us about our trip/the rental, and we told them to look elsewhere.
