The unit is new and everything worked perfectly and was very clean - our expectations were exceeded! The best part of this rental was the thorough communication from Sylvia and the delivery and pick up by David. They went out of their way to make every effort to be fantastic hosts and we appreciated their kindness and thoughtfulness! We hope to book this trailer again for future vacations!
