About rachel

Rachel is nice and polite person. Unfortunately her car was not prepared for towing and she had to take care of it at the last moment. Upon return the trailer was in decent condition but the battery box cover was missing also I noticed that they drove with door step pulled out and treilers electrical cable was not connected to the car.
