There were a few things that were broken and the trailer leaked right over the main bed. My son was able to fix some of the things but not the leak so the first night the bed was wet. The door and screen were missing screws so was hard to close. The fridge handle was broken and hard to open. The cupboards were full of unusable items with very little space for our own stuff. The owner needs to take a bit of time to clean up the cupboards and do repairs before she rents it out. We didn’t fix everything as my son had his own trailer to set up. The awning was also broken
