Easy pick up and delivery, Eric even asked if we needed the coffee machine before leaving on our trip. Everything in the RV was working as it should. We did run into a pickle during travel ( windows opening) Eric had made me aware one of the windows was malfunctioning (taped shut) but wasn't aware the one on the other side was also damaged. I told Eric right away and proceeded to tape them both shut, Eric quickly responded and apologized and even offered to repay for the tape purchased to do the quick fix. Overall we had a great experience with this Rv and host!

Exactly what we wanted, a place to sleep

Nice Host until you start to tell him about issues regarding the trailer. When we booked, two lawn chairs were listed but upon pick up were missing, the host made me feel like this was a favor when i requested the chairs, which he then delivered to me. If you are a coffee person and need your morning coffee, bring your own, do not rely on the included Kurig, you will end up going elsewhere to get your coffee every morning. Issues with trailer plug, the ground drained my battery, and had to boost my truck battery. We also, had issues with the kitchen window, which we could not open and while travelling had to be tapped down so that the window wouldn't fly away on the highway. This added stress to our travelling which was over 12 hours long and kept on taping the window down. When we texted the host regarding the window he stated that it was a 10 minute issue that he could have taken care of prior to us picking up the RV. On delivery date, the host complained that the brown water wasn't drained, however a $100+tax was charged by him to do so. The host also told me he went out of his way and made me feel like he was doing me a favor by providing me with a generator, and a propane tank, when I paid the extra $100 for the generator and the listing stated that the host provided a propane tank. Also, we cleaned the trailer top to bottom, sanitized the toilet and sinks and we were still charged the cleaning fee, which the host said was mandatory. Please know that we have rented and RV though RVezy in the past and have done the same and we were NOT charged the cleaning fee. After all we went through the host did give us $50 dollars on delivery of the RV for our stress. I've been a contractor for over 25yrs, there are ups and downs, and some times you just have to accept it when a customer complains when a contract isn't fulfilled.

We had a great time. Eric was super accommodating getting his trailer to our family gathering. Perfect camper for our needs super comfy beds thank you Eric. Will see you again next year.
