About Hanan

When the RV showed up at our campsite we had no hot water and the toilet wouldn’t flush, she had communicated a few hours prior that she was unable to resolve these issues and asked if we wanted to cancel. We elected to continue with the reservation as would otherwise have no place to stay for the weekend of a large family reunion. However, I expected some sort of compensation for renting us an RV that wasn’t functioning properly. At the end of the rental I was told that RVEZY takes most of the money so she would not refund any money. Eventually we actually fixed the hot water, the toilet, as well as a broken latch on the screen door and a shower nozzle hook that was falling off the wall. I also called to ask how the microwave worked and I was told she had no clue, eventually I figured out there was a switch underneath the fireplace that needed to be switched for the microwave to work. She had no clue how most of the RV worked and so obviously was unable to provide any instructions as to it's use. The RV pictures were accurate but the beds had only very thin pieces of padding which meant it felt like you were sleeping on plywood. It says this unit sleeps 10 but that’s not accurate really unless you have small children as 8 of the occupants. Also, there’s no way to get in and out of the top bunk. Overall not satisfied with our experience.

We had such a great time. The host was super friendly and easy to deal with and the trailer was so nice and clean. Would definitely rent again.

Hanan was a wonderful host! Her communication was excellent! The holiday trailer was very nice. We had a great time with our family. We would definitely rent from her again.
