About Farhad

I have a mixed review on Farhad, I don't feel he deserves a bad review or a perfect one. THE GOOD: Farhad returned my motorhome in good condition. It was clean and well taken care of. He even helped me fix an issue with the table. He washed the linen, filled the propane and emptied the septic which was not required for his return. There were a few issues at pickup that were our fault that he graciously handled with a smile. THE BAD: Farhad told me he was going to Banff or Jasper, he ended up west of Revelstoke. He failed to mention he wanted to take a bike rack which caused some issues at pickup as the hitch was locked. He complained about the "cleaning" fee that is automatically charged. And the way RVezy collects payment 30days ahead and charges a damage deposit. Pickup took a long time as things had to be explained over and over again. The motorhome was due back at 5 he showed up at 730. I attempted to contact him during his trip to ensure everything got sorted out and he never replied. (which is fine) I offered him to pickup the night before and he accepted than complained that he would have preferred to pickup on Saturday not Friday, Was trying to help by giving more time for free. I might consider renting to him again.
