About Ross

I would highly discourage renting to these people. I have rented to over 100 people (we own a successful Airbnb) and this is the first negative review I have written. Ross was extremely rude. He called me upset at 9pm stating that there was no knives. In fact there was knives included in the trailer. But even if there was not, they were not specified in the included items. Ross gave me a very specific list of things that he needed, which were definitely included and easy to find. Everything listed in our description is included and anything extra he asked for I made sure was in an easy spot to find. When we picked the trailer up it was so DIRTY I have never experienced this kind of mess after renting to someone. Not a good experience Very disappointed. Feel very disrespected.
