It was alright. The A/C and generator went out 24 hours into the stay and there were not any people available to service it so we were without power for over half the trip in over 100° heat. I spent several hours troubleshooting and missing the activities that I was there for because a service person would not come out. I am still dealing with a heat rash from all of this a week later. There was a small ding on the windshield from a rock on the road that the owner was going to charge $250 to repair, but she waived that due to the inconvenience of not having A/C. I believe that because I paid for the insurance and roadside assistance as required for the booking I should not have been charged that extra fee. If I hadn’t been charged the repair fee (for an item that is covered by the insurance) I should have received a partial refund because the only reason I rented the RV was for A/C. She also said that she doesn’t charge a cleaning fee if you return it cleaned. We spent an hour cleaning the RV including myself cloroxing the entire fridge freezer, and all of the floors in the heat because there wasn’t water or air flow due to not having a generator for the water pump or A/C. She didn’t share what it was that needed additional cleaning, and said that is part of why she didn’t give me a refund for the broken generator. I will not be booking with her again and would encourage anyone to be prepared for an additional charge of some sort because she will find a reason to charge you.

The RV was in great shape. We really enjoyed using it and everything worked as desired. Queenie was flexible with us on checkin timing and reasonable when it came to discussing fees.
