About Michael

We felt Michael was kind but didn’t exactly play by the guidelines or rules. RV came back with lots of little issues extremely dusty. The most dusty we have ever seen it. It was obvious it went off road and or into very dusty conditions which is not allowed. There were a few damages most accidental but some just careless. The RV was dropped off when we specifically said we wouldn’t be home left unlocked and keys in the unit. Michael did message stating what damage had been done but as we did a full inspection we found more small damages and more items missing. This guest did not instil trust in us and we would likely not rent again to this guest.
