Kile was great to work with regarding our trailer rental, explained everything clearly and responds quickly . The trailer was equipped with everything we needed for our week long trip. Clean and in great condition. We did have some minimal damage to his trailer on our trip and were able to work through that without issue. I would recommend Kile and his trailer to anyone looking for a rental.

Kyle is a very friendly gentleman and was a pleasure to work with, his description of the trailer is correct and accurate. He does go kinda quickly through the process of emptying and cleaning the tanks and if the tanks are not completely empty, he will charge $120 to go empty it again. I did drain the trailer tanks before bringing it back of the gray and black water, but I did not hook the water hose to the water jet outlet and flush it out, leaving approximately 2 gallons in the black tank. Black water sensors inside the trailer are not accurate. His proof video was cut short at the end so it was hard to tell how much black water was really in there. Information about cleaning and disposing of the tanks would be more helpful if posted somewhere in the trailer as a checklist for emptying and cleaning of the tanks. My wife completely cleaned and sanitized the inside of the trailer top to bottom before returning it, that had no bearing on his decision to charge me $120. Other than that it’s a nice trailer and easy to tow.

We had a great experience renting Kile's RV trailer. He was very responsive, friendly and helpful. He was able to answer all of our questions in real time. I was pleasantly surprised to notice that Kile supplied the trailer with lots of very helpful camping gear and supplies. The trailer was very clean/ mint condition. Well stocked, all tanks were full. Would definitely rent again from Kile.
