- Nancy H.Jul 2026This was our very first time renting an RV, and I honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience. From the moment we booked, our host, Binbin, was incredibly kind, patient, and welcoming. Anytime I had a question—no matter how small—I could call or message him, and he was always quick to answer. He took the time to explain everything thoroughly and never made me feel like I was asking too many questions. By the time we left, I felt like an RV pro thanks to him! The RV itself was absolutely beautiful, spotless, and exceptionally well maintained. It was comfortable, spacious, and had everything my family needed for an amazing trip. You can tell Binbin truly takes pride in taking care of his RV and making sure his guests have a wonderful experience. This trip created memories we'll never forget, and a big part of that was because of how wonderful Binbin was as a host. I genuinely can't say enough good things about him. If you're considering renting an RV, I highly recommend this one. We will definitely be renting from Binbin again for our future trips. Thank you, Binbin, for making our first RV adventure so enjoyable, stress-free, and memorable!
- HENRY R.Aug 2024Great trip! This RV slept 6, but was a bit small. The table area which made into a bed was not comfortable. but adequate for two small children. The best thing, I thought, was how we were able to drive the RV into most parking lots without a great deal of trouble. While traveling in the national parks we were able to use our own bathroom and make a lunch, or have a snack as we went. Also while traveling the children could sleep on the beds or look out the side window at the scencery.
- Barn C.Aug 2024John was a great person to work with.
- john J.Jun 2024Great to work with
- Christina F.Jan 2024The camper was exactly what we needed. The host was responsive and very helpful.
- Teri U.Aug 2023I really enjoyed this class B experience. I have been looking to rent one for awhile before if and when I’ll buy. Thisa a very good experience. Van was easy to drive, park. It was clean.
- Vishal K.Aug 2023John was very good with communications, replying to messages and questions quickly and very accommodating for arranging pick up times and a location to park our car. He was new to this particular model of RV, so we had to figure somethings out together over messages. We were new to RV's too, but the travato works very well once you learn how it works. You'll have to watch several YouTube videos to learn. Easy hookups and dumping. Interior in great shape and premium looking. Note that the solar panels does run your general power needs like lights, tv, but it won't run the fridge or the AC. That has to be on generator, propane or shore power (hooked up). If it's the summer time, you may use many generator hours to run it, which will cost you. Generator and AC is kind of loud. Propane lasts a long time, stove cooks really well. Awning didn't work when we rented. RV is class B, like a large van and it was very easy to drive and to back up, really comfortable, good on gas. Very good RV to rent, especially for a couple!
- E D.Aug 2025Great communication and flexibility. The RV was newer, but had a few issues from rental before mine. The owners were super fast addressing them and adjusting my rental time. Also, it was helpful to have parking option for my vehicle.
- Eileen Z.Sep 2024We received the RV with the awning and screen broken which was not listed in the dashboard. John brought the vehicle to us for a fee but spent very little time explaining the usage of the refrigerator, hot water and air conditioning. We are first time renters and not familiar with the operating system. Having said that, we were unable to use the aforementioned appliances. The black dump handle broke early in our vacation and we had to have that fixed paying around $170 for a mechanic. That mechanic was unable to get the refrigerator to work. As we were taking a long trip we did an oil change for about $65. The plus is that the RV rode extremely well throughout the mountains out west. For the most part we enjoyed our trip after we started staying at hotels.
- Ellen S.Jun 2026Was very disappointed in the cleanliness of the RV. I understand it was 10 years old, but money has not been put into the vehicle. We actually cut our trip short a night due to the odor in the RV. We had to clean the windows and mirrors before we left. All of the upholstery was soiled. The refrigerator smelled. And I haven’t even touched on the mechanics of the unit (front end, suspension, etc.). Was very difficult to drive. Jackie, our host, was a very nice guy. But the product made for an unfavorable experience.
- Keith A.Jul 2026The host canceled 2 days before this reservation. This is an automated posting.
