My name is Caroline and I am an adventure and travel lover here in Newfoundland and Labrador. Lately I have been exploring my own home and seeing the beauty here through a tourists eyes - and I have been blown away! Doing this made me want to share this experience with others which is why I started Got Me Drove. My dreams is to show you Newfoundland and Labrador in a unique and flexible way!

Kim N.Sep 2025Caroline was an amazing host and was so helpful in preparation and as we embarked on our big Newfoundland campervan road trip. The van itself was so functional and had lots of great amenities including running water, a fan, and heat - all of which ran off of battery. It had a pan, pot, kettle, French press, plates, bowls, utensils, cooking tools, and propane for the camper stove. My husband is 6'1" and was able to fit on the bed for the most part, and the van kitchen is pretty tall (he just had to bend slightly). I am 5'10" and fit perfectly. We had a fantastic time exploring beautiful Newfoundland and couldn't be more grateful to Caroline for giving us the opportunity to borrow her camper. She answered all our questions and was so kind throughout the whole process!

It served us just as well in national parks campgrounds, lookout points along the road, and freecamping sites by the sea. Being able to explore while having our "home" always with us was both useful and fun! There wasn't any hot water but it was very good on gas! I would rent this again!

Michelle S.Jul 2026Caroline was great to deal with. Responded quickly to any of our needs. The camper van is a retrofitted van which we didn’t expect however it met our needs well. It was unusually cold while we were in NL in mid-June, so without a heater it was a bit chilly in the van, but was comfortable while we slept - there was lots of warm blankets.
