Nice family :) They were there on time for drop off. The family was ready for us upon pick-up. Trailer was kept clean, and everything was in it's rightful place. This family was easy to correspond with which made for no surprises, along the way. We would highly recommend renting to this family for future rentals, everything ran smoothly!
