About Brian

Brian had to endure freezing temperatures due to a propane regulator failure....full tank, no gas on appliances end. Stove and heater was checked the morning he picked up the unit, and failed on his first attempt to use the heater on his first night..he maintained a pleasant and understanding demeanor.
