About Keimar

To be honest, this review is under the name of Keimar, however, all my contact has been through his friend Randy who was also listed as a driver. Dealing with Randy was good and the walk-through was good. Randy had stated that him and his friends have rented an RV in August for another event. So Randy did understand how things worked even though the previous RV was a different manufacturer. The RV was taken to an event in Lost Lands, Ohio (only to find out it was a party/rave/concert). Randy was quick with contacting when there was an issue. When the RV was returned, overall was understandably dusty and bug guts covered (as one would expect). Inside, I believe, could have used a little bit more of attention when cleaning upon return. The overhead bunk mattress cover was dirty, there were some slight pen marks on the couch and some body paint on the seat of the dining area, the floor could have been cleaned/swept a little better with the broom /dust pan and swiffer wet floor mop provided. The driver's area could have also been swept out or vacuumed with the wet/dry vacuume provided. The shower also could have been cleaned a little bit more. There was some damage to the exterior of the RV at the external low point drain tap where the manufacturer had placed it (which in my mind could have been located to another place by the manufacturer), but still needs to be repaired and some body work done. Overall, not excited to leave a review like this and was hoping for a better return condition.
