The renter was very friendly and communicative. There was damage to the trailer caused by a tree, but the renter was genuinely disappointed that they caused it and were very apologetic. Aside from the damage the transaction was easy and the renter was easy to work with. They returned the trailer very clean considering it’s 14 day trip. Don’t let the 3 stars fool you- it would otherwise be 5 without the damage, which they are openly taking full accountability for. Despite the damage, which happens and is part of this realm of rentals, I would rent to this family again.
