He is easy to deal with and all communication was good. The trailer is set up quite nicely, most everything worked well, and the beds are comfortable. A couple of opportunities for improvement are: there were no camping chairs as advertised, and cleanliness could have been better (particularly both the indoor and outdoor kitchen). The outdoor bbq needs a good cleaning, and might be a candidate for replacement before too long. Tyler forgot to put some of the refrigerator shelving into it the trailer, and gave us a small refund, which was a nice gesture but not really necessary as it was a minor inconvenience at most. I would give this experience a 4.5 star rating if that was an option.

Trailer was well maintained, clean and came with all the required equipment to setup the unit with ease. Also had little items that made the whole experience more enjoyable, like a table and mat for outside and Misc utensils and items for cooking. Great unit to haul with a half ton Truck. Watshidimba Patrick K.Aug 2020This is the second summer we have rented from Tyler. He is great to deal with, and super helpful. He supplied the tow hitch, and helped us hook up. Everything you need is already in the trailer.. utensils, bedding and towels, but spray, everything you may need and could forget! I'm 6'6" and was very comfortable in the trailer. The trip this year was very hot and the air conditioning was a welcome bonus! Microwave, and fridge were reliable. All around a great experience and will rent again next year!! It had everything we needed and more - dishes and linens, cleaning supplies, and even DVDs and toys for the kids! The owner was very helpful, and easy to contact. Great people and great trailer! Will rent again :)
