RV was clean, comfortable and well set up. Host was very kind, communicative, and also responded to questions on a timely basis. I would rent this trailer again if required and available. Host delivered trailer, set up and picked up on a timely bases as we had required

First of all Jason was a good guy to deal with he acomodate me on the pick up and return time. I wouldnt rent his rv again becose of couple reason. First the rv was dirty and took 2hour to clean it before we could bring our stuff in it. There was no propane tank on the rv so fridge wont work before i arive at the camping. Braket for the tank was broken and he did not repair it.bad smell was comming from the bathroom and tank sensor was telling the tank was full. I texted him to se if it was full or empty but no awnser. I didint have a direct acess to the waste station and the rv was alredy set up and level so we ended up not using the bathroom for the entire stay.No exterior light was working so it make the night entrence hard. The stair was broken and he gave a litle plastic step to help but it was hard to get out of the rv witout tripping. Jason is a good guy but he clearly dont have the time to deal with all the thing that are crucial for a family who rent a rv for vacation.

Rented this for 4 nights to be used at Fitzroy campground. Got the delivery service so that it could delivered and picked up by the host. Was to be used by 4 adults and 1 kid. Add claimed 8 people can sleep comfortably. This was shared with the host prior to booking. Reality: - delivery person deliverying was not the host. Arrived 2 hrs late. Upon arrival person setup the RV to the electrical outlet at the campground. RV does not come with long electrical cable to hook up to electrical service. RV requires a 30amp cable to run on 220volts to use AC and fridge. We found out this through a long troubleshooting experice and fellow campers at the campground. Long 30 amp cable is not provided in RV, so AC and fridge does not work. We borrowed some random personas camping in RV near to us a 30 amps cable extension for the first night. Sleeping matteres of the main bed, is very old and used. Is not comfortable for 2 adults to sleep on. Very comfortable compared to bare ground when camping. Bunk beds are not long enough for 6feet tall adults. Dinette area is not comfortable for 6 feet tall adults. RV comes with lots of pillows comforters old game boards, cooking utensils dinner ware some cleaning supplies. This is not a good thing if you are taking your own bedsheets pillows and comforters plus your own clothes. So we packed for 4 nights for 4 adults 1 kid. So when we attempted to setup and store our belongings, we had to empty provided belongs in the bathroom tub as there was NOT enough storage in RV. So bathroom usage was now down to zero! After 1 night of sleep we concluded this is very uncomfortable to endure another night as no adult got any sleep and also my kid. We cut our trip short after 1 night and came home. We paid for full 4 nights regardless. Our experience was terrible in every aspect and could potentially write more but I don't wish to spend my time any more than I need to close out this process with RVEZY.
