They dropped it off and set everything up for us, which made things so easy. The trailer was clean, well-equipped, and perfect for our family — the four bunk beds, king bed, and full kitchen made for a super comfortable stay. When I picked up the trailer Heather and her husband were great to deal with and carefully explained everything I needed to know. The trailer itself was clean and there were no issues with anything inside, it is great to have AC when it is hot out! I found this trailer easier to tow than smaller trailers I have pulled in the past. I highly recommend this trailer. I would say it is very user friendly.

Everything worked perfectly and the trailer gave us a great place to stay on our trip. Heather the owner was very responsive and great to deal with. I would rent from her family anytime. The trailer was easy to tow with my F150. Definitely 5-star.

Everything worked great, and they even provided a weight distribution hitch, which was a must have. Trailer was very easy to pull, definitely one of the lightest we’ve pulled at that size. Trailer cleanliness was pretty good for a trailer of that age. We’ve seen cleaner, but overall, we were very pleased. We will definitely be back as a return customer! Many thanks Heather! Chad

But they took the time before hand to show us everything we need and helped us with all the questions we had and guided us to what to do... The RV is a great unit, new and very clean.. & came equipped with everything we needed. They were an absolute delight to deal with... We will definetly rent from them again...
