Derek and family were great. Allowed for a flexible drop of time. Communicated well. Trailer was clean and linens stripped etc on pick up. Because they were parked beside the campground toilets they avoided using the trailer toilet and shower and saved me having to use the sani-dump which is always appreciated :)
