Lllia was great to work with, he communicated promptly and helped to make our family trip amazing. We traveled up to redwood forest, on to cannon beach Oregon and back to so CAL with no issues. The diesel rig runs solid, climbs effortlessly and is a great RV to rely on getting your loved ones to and from you trip destination with no worries. There were some minor things that I personally fixed in the RV (added some fasteners, installed bracing on drawer support), but mainly cosmetic. I did have one concerning issue but it did not occur until the last day, on my way to returning the RV. The rear bumper mounts started to fail with no event. The spare tire mounts directly to the bumber and I believe over time the “road bounce” caused fatigue to the bumper brackets and they decided to fail as I was returning the RV. Lllia reassured me not to worry about it, that his repair specialist will remedy and he would not charge me extra. Overall great RV rental experience and I would definitely rent again!!
