This has been the simplest process, ever for a first time user. The owner, Eric was kind and courteous, reminded me of rental steps when I forgot to complete a form, and was always replying quickly when I had a question. I look forward to doing this again!

Would highly recommend renting from Eric, he dropped off and picked up the RV, was very responsive with communication, and it was fully stocked. Very clean, spacious, and perfect for our family vacation!

Great experience overall! Eric is great to work with. Always accessible which is a must as there’s always questions when travelling. I would not hesitate to rent from him again. As for the trailer…we were 6 adults for 1 week and it was very comfortable. The width of the trailer made it so. Very clean!! I highly recommend this trailer/owner

We had a power failure and a few other things which were not the Rentor's issue. Perhaps a few more tools, rope and a suggestion to use Dowling's Valumart (what a gem). Having said that, Eric was 'great'. He was phone and text available for the whole period, including when he was on vacation. The 28 ft. was great for our needs. i was nicely surprised that - with a little rationing - the black and grey water tanks met out needs (used the park washrooms generally during the day). We had a 5th wheel and this black and grey tank issue was a problem. So, all in all - great.

The trailer was perfect for our trip. Everything was clean, easy to use and as described. Eric was great to answer questions and arrange times. He was always super quick to respond and the overall experience or renting was incredibly easy and convenient.

Our experience was wonderful and any questions we had were addressed right away. When we forgot our kettle to boil water for our french press (the trailer does have a coffee maker) Eric dropped off one to add to the already well equipped trailer. This trailer met all our needs and we look forward to camping again.

My wife, three kids and I had an amazing week in the Northern hideout. Eric delivered on time and gave us a thorough walk through prior leaving. Everything went smooth. Look forward to renting with him again.

Eric was amazing to deal with!! It was a very last minute booking and he was awesome to help me get this figured out! He was on time for delivery and pick and had everything ready to go! The trailer is equipped with absolutely EVERYTHING AND ANYTHING you would need! Believe me when I say you do not need to bring a thing!!! There were a few glitches with extension and fridge but he was quick to get things up and running! The trailer was brand new/modern and spotless!! I would recommend this trailer without a doubt!

Eric's Rental was perfect for our trip. The trailer met all our needs. Eric Had everything filled up and ready for pick up. The trailer is fully stocked and made our trip a breeze. Its shows a bit of wear though it felt safe and was easy to tow. Eric let up pick up the trailer the night before so we could leave first thing in the morning Great communication, definitely recommend

This was our second year renting from Eric and we had a great time. The trailer was perfect for our family of 4. Eric always responded quickly to any questions we had. We love the option of having Eric deliver the trailer. He takes the time to set everything up for us.

Eric has a great family trailer. The supplies were great like: garbage bags, clothes line & pins, paper plates , plastic cups ( beer size), oven mitts, dish cloth, tea towels, broom, nice pots & pans,2 cast iron pans, pizza pan,9x13 metal pan, toaster, coffee maker & liners, etc. It’s pretty well stocked . Great radio, nice tv with lots of movies ( we didn’t use). It was super nice to have a great space on rainy days.
