James was so accomodating with all trailer needed equipment and even gave us additional ammenities to make our stay even more enjoyable. I would 100 percent rent a trailer from him again. We picked up the trailer from his home and he was there to give us a full run down on the unit and even lent us his hitch as I had the wrong size ball. We set up at Goldstream park and the shade was a bit much for full solar charging so he quickly brought out a generator. When it came time to pack up James was there right on time to hook up and take the trailer back giving us more time to finalize site clean up and get to our ferry. We would not hesitate to rent from James again.
