Also Avery was a great host - available and reachable whenever needed. This made our experience absolutely great! We definitely recommend it.
Ryan R.Jul 2024Avery was awesome to deal with and her unit was spotless and initially perfect for my wedding weekend outside of AC problems we had right from the start. I hope this issue is fixed in future for other renters as it made for some hot nights camping when I booked so far in advance to have the best for my wife and I. Avery did try to rectify on the first night but it sounds like it may have been a factory issue that could not be resolved without some replacement parts. The unit itself is beautiful and worth the money pending the AC is in good order.

AVERY must have hired cleaners because the unit was very clean and there was fresh bedding, blankets, and towels waiting for us. As a fellow business owner, sometimes it takes a bad review to really look at things. And they did! Our trip was enjoyable and fully stocked with everything a person needs when travelling away from home. While driving the RV, a piece of the slide-out trim came loose and fell onto the screen door: tearing a hole in the mesh. They were very gracious and worked with us when returning the RV. AVERY has a 5 star host review in our opinion and we will be back.
Sean E.Jun 2024This is my first and last rv easy experience. I booked months in advance and 3 days prior reached out with questions about bedding no answer, start getting worried 2 days in advance call email and text host no answer. 1 day prior have to get rv easy involved to get a hold of the host. After calling 20 time i get a reply at 5 pm the night before were driving 8 hrs to pick this up and take to a wedding. We arrive to the lot and a 12 year old kid rolls up on a bike with the keys. Host wasnt there for the walk through, luckily we were knowledgeable with rvs and didnt have many issues. But when you do your walk through check the cleaniness we didnt check bedding bathrooms and fridge they were disgusting, fecal matter sprayed in the toilets and hair and dirt on the pillows, mold and old condiments in the fridge etc we assumed for 1700$ for two days itd be immaculate we were wrong. When we went to drop off another random was there so they didnt complete the drop off walk through with us obviously. 4 hours later i get a notification its been completed and a photo of the sink cover chipped, wasnt chipped when we left and from what i can tell cable protector in the slide compartment dislodged which we only put slide out once, ( this is why you do walk through at drop off and not 4 hours later) So if you want a anxiety filled trip where you have to bring your own bedding And cleaning supplies so you dont feel gross going to sleep this is your rv!- Steve M.Oct 2024The host canceled 8 days before this reservation.
