We were given the RV clean and ready to go and Rosario took the time to go over all the operational details with us. He was quick to respond during our trip when we had a few questions. My only warning is there are no levelers on this RV so it might not work for people going to more hilly territory, but he mentioned he may be investing in those at some point. We had some kinks to work out together but overall excellent experience and you can’t beat the mileage he offers or the flexible drop off and pickup times. Not to mention a nearly brand new vehicle.
