The trailer was clean, stocked and perfect. The owners were kind and left us a welcome gift of s’mores which the kids enjoyed! The door was off so we weren’t able to lock it very well, but we notified the owners and they responded swiftly. They live in Jasper so it was great communication! All in all a great experience!

This unit was very nice to use. The solar and inverter really helped make our long weekend possible.

From the moment I booked, to the moment I left, it was a great experience. We couldn't get to the site until later in the evening, but had friends there. Jan happily accommodated us. She did the walk through with our friends so we could just settle in when we got there. The Rv was immaculate and there was a welcoming gift of as'mores kit for us. Any question I had was answered within 5 minutes. The bedding is first rate. They even have bedding for the bunks. Quite literally, we could have just brought clothing and food and we'd have been set. There was nothing we didn't have. The 1 time we "needed" anything, (couldn't find the TV remote),the family came overto help us find it. (They live super close, but still, super sweet and unexpected.) This experience was one of our first with RVezy in years and it did not disappoint. If I could do it, I'd exclusively rent this Rv for all vacations.
