- MistyLee B.Mar 2024The host Kevin was absolutely amazing. All and all it was an experience for my family. I would say travel in the summer timenot winter time.
- Kenneth K.Aug 2025Everything we used in motorhome worked well, thermostat controled furnace kept truck warm at night, refrigerator unit kept food cold. Filled up water tank before leaving home which still had some left after 3 day trip.
- Suja R.Jul 2024Kevin was perfect, definitely had a blast with the husband and our baby at his company trip!
- mark V.Aug 2025Very easy to rent, could use a bit more time to go over systems for does and don't. All in all everything went well and the RV worked well.
- Gurpreet W.Sep 2024Kevin is a good host , stayed in touch throughout the trip.
- Tanya S.Aug 2024Everything went really well. We have never used an RV before and this was a good experience. We plan to do this again. Thank you.
- Kathy T.Sep 2025Was very surprised that the basic utensils, dishes, cups or supply of cooking pots were not provided. Did not see a price for such items otherwise I would have asked for clarification. It was fortunate that we had packed some basics as we headed straight to the campsite from pick up. Previous rentals thru RVezy always supplied the basics. There was also an issue of no wiper washer fluid so had to stop at a gas station to clean the bug splattered windshield. Water pump switch had to be turned on /off with each use or it drained the battery at night.
- Heather J.Sep 2024Great interaction all around.
- Linda T.Aug 2024We rented Kevin’s ill-equipped RV for a 2-day get away with the family and turned into a VERY expensive weekend. We learned a few life lessons that will remain with us forever. Lesson #1 – read the fine print VERY closely and take NOTHING for granted. Lesson #2 – get better clarity on the instructions. Lesson #1 We have rented RVs on two previous occasions with terrific results but this one not so much. When we arrived at the motorhome, we were very disappointed to discover they only provided 2 pillows, 2 blankets, one sheet and no towels – certainly not sufficient for 4 adults and 2 children. As we had already departed from home, we had the purchase the necessary bedding to accommodate our family. We were told there were pots and pans which was partially true. There was one saucepan, one colander, three bowls, four saucers (none were clean) and a can opener. IF I had read the amenities and IF Kevin had been more explicit in his responses, I would have been better prepared and not so disappointed. In previous rentals the RV had been fully equipped and we didn’t have these issues. Another fine print detail I overlooked was the costs per kilometer – in the final tally the extra costs were as much as the vehicle rental. There were also the early pickup and drop-off fees to add to those extra costs and those I was fully aware of but when all was said and done, $1800 for a two day stay in an old RV was completely unreasonable and we will certainly not be choosing this option should we ever go this route again. Lesson #2 We were never able to get the heat / AC or electrical outlets to work. Turns out there was a plug that wasn’t connected properly. The husband had been given instructions but didn’t understood the oral explanations delivered in broken English. We must take some responsibility for this, however the language barrier didn’t help the situation. Kevin’s sister was responsible for sending us on our way and she is not yet fluent in English: functional but not fluent. It would be helpful to have written instructions with images to circumvent any confusion. We also couldn’t plug into an external electrical source as an extension cord wasn’t provided. The weekend was spent either over-heated or freezing. Other comments There were two positives, lights and the hot water worked well. This is an older RV and is showing its age with loose boards, squeaky doors (quick fix with WD40), worn fabric, etc. We were expected the clean the motorhome which is completely reasonable however the only cleaning supplies provided was a brush for the toilet and a broom. If the owner wants the RV cleaned more thoroughly, it would make sense to provide cleaning supplies. The queen mattress was hard and covered in plastic making it a very slippery, uncomfortable place to sleep. I had originally told Kevin we would be there between 4-5 on the Sunday and since we started out early from our destination, we thought we could be there earlier. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case as we hadn’t accounted for the tasks that needed to be done before drop-off (feed ourselves, fill-up, find dumping station, etc.). Between our rental and return, the owner made a commitment to some new renters and then got anxious for us to return so the nagging began in full force. Perhaps Kevin and the family could consider taking some space between renters, to take into account potential delays. Ultimately, we were very unhappy with the rental given the level of quality versus the amount of money we paid.
- Kristi A.Aug 2025We brought the RV back to our house to pack it and we just packed it up and left. When we got to the Campground I spent at least an hour cleaning it. Cupboards were filthy and contained items that did not belong. The drawers contained finger condoms, used bandaids and the odd screw, all of which I threw away with gloves on. There were stains on the seating. There was a non-organic set of stains on the toilet seat. I was able to scrap it off with a knife and gloves. The fan over the stove was off and sitting in the sink. The microwave worked but was coming apart at the bottom, which you need to push in when you close the door. Once we arrived we found a dirty sock in the seat cushions of the table. Later our friend arrived and we went to set up the bed above the driver's seat. We found the other dirty sock. We also found crumbs and old popcorn. Once we cleaned that, we were able to set up her bed. The part that really made me mad though was that all over the site it talks about "renting sheets $50/set". "If you need a kitchen set a.k.a. cutlery, a pot, a pan, a spatula $30 extra", "portable BBQ extra $$$" etc.., so, of course I'll bring my own. We get to the Campground and go into the bedroom and the unit has got so much bedding and stuff in the cupboards that I had no room to put ours. The back storage has a portable BBQ which the owner said to go ahead and use. This is my first time using RVezy so I didn't know what to expect. I'm more than disappointed for the price and cleaning fee I paid. I gave the owner the chance to redeem themselves and I gave them 5 stars for communication because he wrote back within the hour stating that he was so sorry but without pictures he would not refund anything and that the $180 cleaning fee was partially for the last client and partially for the present client so, essentially saying that we paid the correct fee.
- MustafaCan S.Aug 2025Spend 4 day with that RV. Got the car windows were dirty there was no window liquid! Car didnt even washed just inside cleaned! No kettle not even 2 cup to drink water inside the RV. Everything is so older than you expected! When we picked up the car we were given very very less instruction to how to use things. Last day we want the return 1-2 hours late Kevin said no but Kevin said to his family that we are gonna come late. So he having communication problem also! No chopping boards ! Not even a knife inside! Basically u are using whatever the last guest left. No professional at all! Never again with Kevin.
