Aaron W.Jul 2026Overall, great experience. Bert was amazing. He was super helpful when needed. I will say that the RV needs some care. There were minor things that would come up that made for inconveniences. Just for reference, the stove wouldn’t light, the water pump leaked here and there, there was a slight leak in the dash when it rained. The big window rattled and wouldn’t open. The fridge only works on generator which caused loss of food and mold in fridge. Again, minor things that just would have been helpful to know. Bert was amazing and did his best to help us while we were on the road and also reimbursed us for losses. He was great! I would definitely rent from Bert again but the Rv needed some TLC.
